Tudor ITSM Process Assessment, Assessor training
Become an ITIL Assessor using TIPA methodology
Introduction
Tudor ITSM Process Assessment (TIPA) provides a methodology to perform an IT Service Management process assessment compliant with the ISO/IEC 15504 standard assessment approach. Based on ITIL®, the most commonly accepted best practices in the field of IT Service Management, TIPA arms an ITIL user with a solid assessment methodology which can either be used as a first step toward ITIL implementation, as a way to measure progress in a continuous service improvement process or simply as a capability determination (either in a supplier selection process or as a benchmarking tool).
Used by Dimension Data and Fujitsu, TIPA will be launch internationally at the end of 2009, this is an unique occasion to be a step ahead of international competitors in ITSM and to learn from the people who develop the methodology.
This course (Assessor level) introduces the basic concepts and keys components of TIPA and should be followed by anyone interested in participating into an ITSM process assessment.
The course is organized and given by the authors of the TIPA methodology book entitled "ITSM Process Assessment Supporting ITIL®" published early 2010 by Van Haren Publishing
