Developing a collaborative culture

Introduction

In the current business world, many knowledge workers find themselves worn-out by the companies they work for. Too often they believe that the only way to develop themselves, both personally and professionally is by switching to another company. But then the stress of being a newcomer and the pressure upon them to find their place within the new organisation leads them to the very same situation they tried to escape from and the story repeats itself. This costly situation is a matter of concern for many organisations in Luxembourg.
